A male Surf Scoter has been seen on the pond at Hawrelak Park as of the 23 May & also a male Harlequin Duck was seen on the N. Sask. River at the outflow of Gold Bar Creek on the 23 May.  Farther afield is a report of a Eurasian Collared Dove from Hinton seen by Margaret Armstrong.  Doug Faulder reports seeing Bank Swallows over Beaumaris L. for the first time.
