Several birders have managed to get photos of the Great Egret at Beumont.  Several years back, a pair nested at Big Lake & up to 4 were at Hastings L. all summer.
Kevin Hannah sighted an adult light morph Parasitic Jaegar Sept.14, harrasing a gull at the 50 St. footbridge over the river.  It then flew upriver.
This evening, Ted Hindmarch counted 12 Mountain Bluebirds & watched an estimate of 10,000 Sandhill Cranes in 45 minutes between 5-6:00 PM pass over Hillsborough Estates near Gibbons.  Great Birding!
