Today May 30, 2010 I saw a male Black-headed Grosbeak in the company of 4 male Rose-breasted Grosbeaks at my feeder in Hinton.  I noticed it yesterday as a flash of orange and wondered at the white patches on it's tail but din't get a good look at it until today.  There has been a flurry of activity at the feeders in the last two days perhaps because of the cold and rain beginning Friday.
