Usual assortment of chickadees, white-breasted nuthatches, downy and hairy woodpeckers, and blue jays at our feeders at Hastings Lake.  A flicker was working on our platform feeder, which was a new sight for me.  A solitary evening grosbeak and a solitary magpie completed the mix.  No house sparrows today, and we are still waiting for redpolls to arrive here (though we saw some at Islet Lake this past Wednesday).
