Hummingbird and Oriole Feeders
(extra work, big rewards):

- Hummingbird Feeders available in all sizes. Styles include: trays, upside-down bottles which go into a tray, decorative jars and nectar holders as well as window style (suction cups) feeders.
- Oriole Feeders available in nectar trays, Jelly Jars, Orange Skewers and 3-in-1 (nectar, jelly and orange) feeders.
Clingers only (no large birds):
- We carry a couple of styles that will allow only the small birds such as chickadees, nuthatches, woodpeckers and sparrows to cling and feed on the seed you put out.
- Great for finches as well.
Window Feeders (great for kids & pets):
- Allows anyone to see individual birds up close and personal.
- Can be used for seeds, nuts or a finch mix.
- Can sometimes be squirrel-proof.
- Great for your favorite squirrelly pals!
- They can have their own separate feeder (keeps them busy and away from your other ones).
- Available in wood (cedar made local) or recycled plastic (USA).
- Allows you to feed corn and/or peanuts as well as other nuts/seeds.
Squirrel-proof Feeders, Large Bird Proof
- Effective against squirrels! Seriously!
- These feeders are either weight sensitive (more than 4 grams = closed holes) or they are long and if anything falls on them, the perches spin or twist and the squirrels fall off.
- Ensure that the feeder is not reachable from a perch nearby (make sure they have to land on the whole thing).
- There are two styles: big holes for regular large seed (nuts, sunflower, etc.) and small holes for finch feed (nyger, etc.)
- We also have large bird proof suet feeders.
- We carry a large selection of suet feeders that range from simple and inexpensive to elaborate or crafty.
- We have a local female carpenter who makes several suet feeders. They can fit one small suet cake, 2 small suet cakes or one large suet cake (3lbs).
- Some suet feeders have a tail prop (such as in the picture) which extends downwards to allow the woodpeckers to cling and not fall off.
- We also have feeders made from wood, plastics, and recycled plastics.
- ‘There are two types of nut feeders:
1 – For Peanuts in the Shell
2 – For Nuts and Peanuts without the Shell
- These feeders can also be for clingers only (such as in the picture with the nuthatch on the left).
- Available in wood, metal, plastic or recycled plastic.
